Chargeback Policy
Chargeback Policy
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. A chargeback is a payment reversal initiated with your bank or PayPal rather than through us.
Contact us first
Before disputing a charge, email [email protected] with your transaction ID, username, and issue. Many problems are resolved faster than bank disputes.
Our response
We submit delivery records, IP logs, login history, chat acknowledgements, checkout consent metadata (including legal bundle UUID), and fulfillment proof to the processor.
Consequences of abusive chargebacks
If we determine a chargeback was filed after Digital Benefits were delivered, or to avoid a ban, we may:
- Permanently ban the account and related alts
- Forfeit ranks, items, and balances
- Block future purchases
- Refer debt to collections where permitted
Stripe-specific
Stripe Radar and dispute evidence deadlines apply. Respond promptly if we contact you for additional verification under Stripe dispute rules.
PayPal-specific
PayPal Buyer Protection may not cover digital goods delivered instantly with your acknowledgement. We contest invalid "unauthorized transaction" claims with login and delivery proof.
Refunds vs chargebacks
Approved refunds under the Refund Policy are processed as merchant refunds, not chargebacks.
