These Giveaway Terms apply to promotions run on normalsurvival.com, Discord, or in-game for Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects, worldwide where lawful.

When required by law, free alternate methods of entry (AMOE) are described in the specific promotion post.
Eligibility
Open to eligible players who meet age and region requirements stated in the promotion. Employees of World Venture Projects and immediate family may be excluded unless stated.
Entry conditions
Follow instructions exactly (e.g., form fields, Discord reactions). One entry per person/household unless stated. Alt accounts or automated entries are disqualified.
Prizes
Prizes are Digital Benefits or gift codes as described. No cash alternative unless stated. Prizes are non-transferable where prohibited.
Winner selection and verification
Winners are chosen at random or as described. We may require identity and account verification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after 7 days.
Publicity
Winners may be announced by username unless prohibited by law. You may opt out of name publication where required by contacting [email protected].
Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes where applicable.
Void where prohibited globally
Promotions are void where prohibited by local law, including jurisdictions where skill contests, sweepstakes, or online giveaways require registration we have not obtained. Services are not offered to persons in countries or regions subject to comprehensive US, EU, UK, or UN sanctions, or where our Services are prohibited by local law.
General
We may cancel, suspend, or modify promotions for fraud, errors, or force majeure. Decisions are final where permitted by law.
Governing documents
These Giveaway Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Legal bundle UUID shown on the promotion page controls the version you accepted.
