Whether you purchase from the United States, EEA, UK, Canada, Australia, Brazil, or elsewhere, this policy describes our contractual refund rules. It does not replace rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Mandatory statutory rights unaffected
Where local law gives you refund, repair, replacement, or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain fully effective even if this policy states "all sales final." If any sentence in this policy conflicts with non-waivable law, the law controls for you.
All sales final (contractual)
Except as stated below, all sales are final under our agreement. Digital Benefits are delivered promptly after payment; once delivered, you are not entitled to refunds for change of mind, bans, gameplay balance, server resets, lost items, or shutdown, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Gift purchases (other players)
If you bought Digital Benefits for another Minecraft username, the Gift Purchase Policy applies. After payment, those orders are not refundable as a change of mind, wrong username, unwanted surprise, or because the recipient declined — you agreed you moved the fulfillment path, and a decline is fulfilled to you as collateral, not a refund. Discretionary accident refunds below do not apply to gift checkouts. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Discretionary accident refunds
We may, solely at our discretion, issue a refund or account credit for verified accidental duplicate charges or clear technical errors where no Digital Benefit was consumed or transferred, if reported to [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction with order ID and proof of payment.
Approval requires verification with Stripe and PayPal records. Chargebacks bypass this process and are handled under the Chargeback Policy.
Server reset
Server resets are planned operational events. Purchases are not refundable because of resets, world loss, or rank rebalance, unless a specific product page included a written guarantee we fail to honor or mandatory law requires a remedy.
Bans and policy violations
No refunds for accounts banned or restricted for violating Terms, Store Terms, or Acceptable Use, including RWT and chargeback abuse, where permitted by law.
EU / UK consumers
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected where they cannot be waived. Our Store Terms describe the Article 16(m) waiver and UK digital waiver for immediate digital delivery where applicable and valid.
