These Store Terms govern purchases from https://store.normalsurvival.com and related checkout flows for Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects digital goods and services operated by World Venture Projects, offered to customers worldwide where lawful.

Worldwide scope

The store may be accessed internationally. You represent you may lawfully purchase and receive Digital Benefits in your location. Services are not offered to persons in countries or regions subject to comprehensive US, EU, UK, or UN sanctions, or where our Services are prohibited by local law.

Licensed, not sold

All ranks, crates, keys, cosmetics, boosters, subscriptions, and other digital items ("Digital Benefits") are licensed for use on our Services during their availability. No ownership of game assets, Mojang accounts, or server infrastructure is transferred. Digital Benefits have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash except where we expressly allow.

USD pricing

Unless a product page states otherwise, prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert amounts and charge foreign-exchange or international fees.

Taxes, VAT, and GST by country

Prices may exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar levies. Where required, tax amounts are calculated at checkout based on your billing or detected location. You are responsible for any additional duties or taxes your jurisdiction imposes.

"Lifetime" and "permanent"

Lifetime or permanent means for the operational life of the applicable server product or rank line, not your natural life and not forever across all future servers. We may retire, rebalance, rename, or modify rank features; lifetime benefits continue only on the surviving product line we designate.

Delivery — Java and Bedrock

Delivery is to the Minecraft username or account identifier you provide at checkout. Java and Bedrock are separate platforms; benefits do not automatically cross unless the product page explicitly states cross-platform delivery. You are responsible for correct usernames and linked accounts.

Buying for another player (gifts)

You may check out for your logged-in account or another Minecraft username. Third-party / gift purchases are governed by the Gift Purchase Policy. In summary:

The named recipient is asked to accept or decline before we run product commands on their account.
If they decline, Digital Benefits are fulfilled to you as collateral. That is not a refund.
After you direct delivery to another username, the purchase is not refundable because you agreed the fulfillment path left your account — including surprises and purchases made without the recipient's permission — except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Recurring plans remain billed to the paying customer; only delivery follows the gift rules.

The legal bundle UUID and version recorded at checkout identify the Gift Purchase Policy (and related store documents) that apply to that order.

Rank modification rights

We reserve the right to modify rank permissions, commands, kits, cosmetics, or pricing for balance, compliance, or operational reasons. Material reductions will be handled in good faith (e.g., comparable substitute perks) but we do not guarantee identical functionality forever.

Real-world trading (RWT) prohibition

Selling, buying, or brokered transfer of accounts, items, ranks, or in-game currency for real money or out-of-game value is prohibited unless we expressly authorize it. Violations may result in forfeiture without refund where permitted by law.

Server reset

Server resets may remove worlds, items, stats, or progress. Unless a product page explicitly promises post-reset migration for that specific SKU, Digital Benefits do not include immunity from reset effects and custom ranks or bespoke perks are granted only at our discretion after a reset. By purchasing, you acknowledge resets are a normal operational risk.

Server shutdown

If we shut down a server or product line, all licenses for that line end. You are not entitled to refunds, transfers to other games, or cash compensation due to shutdown, except where mandatory law requires.

Global mandatory consumer rights preserved

Nothing in these Store Terms limits non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country (including cooling-off periods, quality guarantees, or refund rights that cannot be contractually excluded). Where a waiver below is invalid in your jurisdiction, it does not apply to you.

Account security and fraud

We may decline, reverse, or withhold delivery for suspected fraud, stolen payment methods, mismatched billing data, or policy violations. You must cooperate with verification requests.

IP addresses and proxies

We may restrict purchases from VPNs, proxies, or high-risk regions to prevent fraud. This is a security measure, not unlawful discrimination.

Worldwide ancillary services

Forums, Discord, maps, wikis, or third-party tools linked from the store may be hosted globally and have separate terms. Store purchases do not guarantee availability of ancillary services in every region.

Minecraft & Mojang Compliance

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT/SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

You must hold a paid Minecraft account (Java or Bedrock) and a legitimate copy of the game as required by Mojang's EULA and applicable usage guidelines.
Pricing for each product is shown on the product page before you complete checkout.
For real-money purchases, you may request purchase history by contacting [email protected] with account verification details.
The terms in effect at the time of your order are identified by the legal bundle UUID recorded at checkout; that bundle governs your purchase.
Virtual currency and in-game economy balances (including any server-specific currency) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be cashed out or transferred outside our Services except as we expressly permit in writing.
We aim to comply with Minecraft Usage Guidelines. Store entitlements should be cosmetic or convenience-oriented where possible and must not be designed to ruin other players' experience or provide unfair gameplay advantages that violate those guidelines.

EU right of withdrawal — Article 16(m)

For consumers in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts unless you expressly consent to immediate performance of digital content and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once delivery begins. By completing checkout and accepting the waiver checkbox, you consent to immediate delivery and waive the withdrawal right for fulfilled digital content as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, where valid.

UK digital content waiver

For consumers in the United Kingdom, where applicable law permits, you similarly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose statutory cancellation rights once download or delivery begins, as described at checkout and consistent with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 framework for digital content.

Payment processors

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment data they collect. We do not store full card numbers.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting [email protected] first may be treated as chargeback abuse under our Chargeback Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
