Creator & Brand Use Guidelines

These guidelines explain how you may create fan content, streams, videos, and other media about Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects, and how you may use our name and logos. They supplement our Terms of Service, Community Content & Marketing Policy, and DMCA Policy.

Fan content is welcome

We allow and encourage fan content about Normal Survival / NormalSMP, including:

YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Shorts, and similar videos
Streams from our servers
Screenshots, montages, trailers, and community edits
Non-commercial fan art and thumbnails that use our name or logos in good faith

You generally do not need prior written permission for ordinary fan content if you follow this page.

Required credit

If your content shows Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects, our worlds, builds, events, or branding, you must give clear credit in a reasonable place (description, about panel, end slate, or equivalent), including as many of the following as fit the platform:

Do not present the server as your private world or strip identifying credit so viewers cannot find the official community.

Name and logo use

You may use “Normal Survival,” “NormalSMP,” and related logos/wordmarks to identify the server in thumbnails, titles, and descriptions when the use is truthful and respectful.

You must not:

Imply you are an official owner, partner, Mojang/Microsoft affiliate, or paid spokesperson unless we agreed in writing
Use our name or logos on merchandise you sell (shirts, stickers, etc.) without prior written permission
Register domains, social handles, Discord bots, or apps that impersonate official Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects channels
Alter logos into hate symbols or deceptive “official” seals

Respect for the brand

Fan use is allowed; disrespectful brand use is not.

If you are visibly using our name, logos, or branding, do not use that association to:

Defame, smear, or harass Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects, World Venture Projects, or our staff as a substitute for normal criticism
Run phishing, fake stores, or “official” giveaways that are not ours
Promote ban evasion, cheating, or Child Safety Policy violations under our branding
Publish content whose primary purpose is to damage the community while still trading on our marks

Ordinary criticism, bug reports, and honest reviews without brand misuse remain allowed. If you dislike the server, you can say so—just do not wrap attacks in our official-looking branding.

Streaming and voice

Follow the Voice & Proximity Chat Policy when other players’ voices appear. Do not dox players on stream. Blur or omit private information (addresses, schools, real names of non-consenting people).

Our use of your content

Gameplay you create on our servers may still be used by us under the Community Content & Marketing Policy. These guidelines do not transfer ownership of your video channel to us.

Takedown and enforcement

We may ask platforms to remove content that impersonates us, phishing, CSAM, or clear brand abuse. Contact [email protected] for copyright notices and [email protected] / [email protected] for brand misuse.

Changes

We may update these guidelines by posting a new version with a new effective date and bundle UUID. Continued use of our marks or publication of Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects content after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
