World Venture Projects ("we") operates Normal Survival, NormalSMP, World Venture Projects and related sites including legal.normalsurvival.com, https://store.normalsurvival.com, and https://forum.normalsurvival.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data for users worldwide (worldwide audience), subject to applicable law.

We process personal data in connection with Services offered globally. Your rights depend on where you live. This policy describes our practices generally; regional addenda below highlight common frameworks. Where local law grants you additional rights, those rights apply.
Scope and roles
We act as controller (or equivalent under local law) for data described here. Payment processors act as separate controllers/processors for payment data.
Data we collect
- Account and gameplay: Minecraft usernames/UUIDs, IP addresses, chat and command logs, moderation records, play statistics, purchases and delivery records, and fair-play / client-software review records. We do not publish how we review client software; see the Client Software Review List.
- Store checkout: Email, billing name, country, order history, fraud signals; payment tokens handled by Stripe and PayPal.
- Website: Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy), access logs, device/browser data, and—where enabled—advertising and analytics events via Google AdSense, Google Analytics 4 (see Advertising & Analytics Disclosure).
- Discord (if linked): Discord user ID and profile fields you authorize via OAuth or bots.

We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above, including inactive account handling per Terms (180 days), tax/chargeback records, and legal holds.
